Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:18.0) Gecko/18.0 Firefox/18.0
Build ID: 20120927030539

Steps to reproduce:

While in responsive design view, I use the Fullscreen API to fullscreen part 'P' of the page

Actual results:

Firefox goes fullscreen with responsive design view still on, in the responsive design view, 'P' is fullscreen

Expected results:

What I would have liked :
Firefox does not goes Fullscreen. When I'm using the fullscreen API in responsive design view, I'm just testing some design, but that doesn't mean I don't want the Firefox UI (adress bar, tabs, etc.) anymore.

Steps to reproduce:

Visited a webpage.
Activated the responsive design view (shift-ctrl-m)
Pressed F11 to go full-screen. (tried pressing 'P' and 'p', nothing happened)
 (In full-screen, the tabs, address-bar and search-bar "auto-hides")

Moved the mouse to the top edge of the screen.
 (the title bar, address-bar, and search-bar re-appears)

Moved the mouse away from the top edge of the screen.
(the title bar, address-bar, and search-bar disappears).

Pressed F11 to leave full-screen.
 (the firefox-UI returns)

As for the full screen effect in responsive design view, there appears a drop-down menu of different canvas resolutions in to display the desired web-page.

There also appears a "Rotate" button to rotate the current chosen resolution, emulating a tablet view that's switching from profile to landscape mode...

My recommendation: this bug status is RESOLVED.

I was just naming "P", the part of the webpage put in fullscreen (eg : document.querySelector('P').

yeah it's not a big problem, just annoying as I'm relying on (pined-)tab notifications and I can't see them while working on a fullscreen webapp in a responsive design tab.

if you don't think this is worth fixing, feel free to mark as RESOLVED (but something like WONTFIX might be a better fit)
