In our last meeting, Les mentioned that in the Demo Studio we resave images to sterilize them during upload. We might want to do the same thing in Kuma.

So the use case here is the one described in bug 688160. Not sure that applies to Kuma, and as Les mentioned, we serve file attachments from a different domain anyway. Happy for this to be marked WONTFIX.

For bugs that are resolved, we remove the security flag. These haven't had their flag removed, so I'm removing it now.
