79512 - bookmark management broken, select all not w, cant delete certan items

Used mozilla win32 installer.  

In "manage bookmarks":
Unable to delete the "Imported IE Favorites" group.  Right clicking it brings up
a small box at the cursor position.
Select all does nothing.  

While a bookmark is selected:
Hitting the "del" key does nothing.
Ctrl-a does nothing.
delete button on tookbar does nothing
ctrl-x does nothing
ctrl-c does nothing
ctrl-v does nothing
edit menu->cut  does nothing
edit-menu->copy does nothing
edit-menu->paste does nothing

While all bookmarks are selected (manually) including the "imported ie
favorites" group, right clicking on a bookmark displays a little box at the
cursor poisition similar to right clicking on "imported ie favorites".

After deleteing a large amount of bookmarks the manage bookmarks scrollbar
slowly gets bigger to indicate less items in the list, until the size is
apropriate for the amount of bookmarks in the list.  This is considerably slow
for very very large amounts of bookmarks being deleted.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Set one:
1. Run mozilla
2. bookmarks->manage bookmarks
3. Select bookmark
4. click delete on the toolbar

Set two:
1. Run mozilla
2. bookmarks->manage bookmarks
3. choose select all, or use control-a


Actual Results:  Set one: nothing happens
Set two: nothing happens

Expected Results:  Set one: expected bookmark to be deleted
Set two: expected entire list to be selected

The problem with the IE favorites is bug 22642. Marking dupe.

IIRC, the other problems have been fixed one or two days ago. Could you retry
with a recent build?

Please report only one problem per bug report. This will make it easier to not
get lost in the bug reports and fix 'em faster. Thanks for testing Mozilla!
