I think this should be reopened. I've found multiple links to this URL from desktop wiki pages, and I don't think you should ever be serving a borked page to a user.

Well then this should be assigned to whomever came up with the bedrock design for sumo.

I've added Ricky to this bug (he is the correct owner), we fixed this ugly page for mobile as Kevin said, but it should redirect to the new mobile product page from a desktop machine. Thanks for pointing it out Margaret and for filing it satdav.
