2. Click the install button
3. Notice the button while installing

Now the button is still blank , but it is displaying a waiting spinning wheel while installing. I think that the button state should be "Installing" , but if the spinning wheel is the expected behavior without any text, please feel free to close the bug again : http://screencast.com/t/FSRUT5NXbRa

That's the same behavior as on consumer pages. This is the expected behavior.
