Steps to reproduce:

On both http://myfavoritebeer.org/ and when logging into bugzilla (this site) the login screen is not painted correctly.  There is no button to login - this can be worked around by increasing the size of 
the login screen - then when it refreshes it will paint correctly.


Actual results:

I clicked to login and I get a screen - as show in the JPG - with no button.


Expected results:

I should see a screen that has a button on it.

I am using Google Chrome on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 with all patches.  It is a 64bit system.

I just tested it with Firefox and Opera on Linux - both browsers work as expected.
This is a Google Chrome only problem.
