Camera - video recording - is "record-size" deprecated, does it need to be changed to "video-size"?

:sheppy, I don't think this will need 'dev-doc-needed'--it's a purely internal (gecko) issue.
Note that this doesn't appear to be an issue for Otoro, since the camera hardware is single-stream only.  In this case, the "video-size"/"record-size" property seems to be ignored in favour of "preview-size".
(A corollary to the above is that the recorded video size is the _same_ as the specified preview size.)
