Details

When you tap on an input element the virtual keyboard is shown over the input element, this makes it impossible to see what you're writing and to select something from the autocomplete popup (the second one is bug 765473).
We should automatically scroll under the input element.
This should be fixed on trunk via bug 793677. Which channel are you testing?
