It's simply reproducible by zooming and panning on this page. The text is correctly rendered after 2-3 seconds.

This sounds like the "checkerboard" effect. We show a blurry snapshot when panning and zooming when the device has trouble keeping up with the real rendering.

On some devices, it is more noticeable than others.
