Build 2001-05-08-14: Mac 9.04

Overview: In Composer select the Insert menu item:

Actual Results:
- Most of the menu items are disabled (i.e. Link, Named Anchor, Image...)
- The "Table" menu item is enabled but performs no action when selected.

Additional Information: In a New Message/Compose window the:
- Insert menu is available but its menu items are disabled (i.e. Link, Anchor, 
Table...)
- Formatting Toolbar's Object menu button also displays disabled menu items 
(Link, Anchor, Image ...).

This prevents me from trying additional "Table" testing scenarios.

I don't see this bug on my Macintosh build from today.
Is this only on Windows or is it just a 1-day bug that should be resolved

Build 2001-05-09-10, mozilla buld: Linux RH 6.2
The Insert menu items are enabled in these builds so it must have been a build
thing. Marking Worksforme.
