Steps to reproduce:

Had Firefox running with many Tabs live.
Logged out of MacOS


Actual results:

A message appeared saying that Logout was canceled because Firefox "Failed to Quit"  - refer to screenshot attached.
I checked the list of open applications, but could not see Firefox as current.
I then repeated the Logout and it was successful.
There was no Hang or Crash of Firefox evident, just appeared that Firefox was so slow shutting down all the tabs that the OS lost patience.


Expected results:

The OS should be told to keep the Log Out active until Firefox has quit.

Derek, can you reproduce this issue with a clean Firefox profile?

Derek, please reopen the bug if you manage to reproduce it with a clean profile.
