This was up but the nagios tests on buildbot process and / disk usage were timing out. I forgot to try ssh and just reset the power via PDU.
Back up now.

Disabled in slavealloc, graceful shutdown on the master, and PDU reboot for good measure.
Smells like a disk problem, so file system check and maybe a reimage ?
