There are a number of file links such as:
<img alt="Firefox on Linux" fileid="617" src="File:en/Media_Gallery/ConfirmEx_fx_linux.png" /> and
<img alt="Mozilla Application Suite on Win32" fileid="618" src="File:en/Media_Gallery/ConfirmEx_moz.png" />

These links need to be changed to:
<img alt="Firefox on Linux" src="/files/617/ConfirmEx_fx_linux.png" /> and
<img alt="Mozilla Application Suite on Win32" src="/files/618/ConfirmEx_moz.png" />

Can this be done by an automated process?

This is a bug referring to the old dekiwiki platform. We have since moved to a new platform & are closing all deki bugs.

I don't know if any of these links still exist, they may have all been manually fixed.

The problem is the old dekiwiki links no longer work on the new platform so the images no longer show.
