After the next migration date we'll need to update all 4 "firefox*-latest" bouncer products to use the new version numbers.
I updated firefox-nightly-latest https://bounceradmin.mozilla.com/admin/mirror/location/9379/

/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/firefox-19.0a1.en-US.win32.installer.exe
We'll need to update firefox-beta-latest once we ship 17.0b1
