Bug 691234 added a new DOM binding for WebRTC (navigator.getUserMedia()). To enable this binding the variable MOZ_MEDIA_NAVIGATOR)=1 needs to be added to confvars.sh (see Part 3 in Bug 691234).

To test this patch:
1. Set media.navigator.enabled pref to true
2. Visit page at https://people.mozilla.com/~anarayanan/gum_test.html (atm it's down, use Google Cache).

It should say "Success" when clicking on the Video button. Maybe other buttons will work/not work for you depending if you a webcam or a audio recording device (note Bug 773646 though, Audio currently only seems to works once until you restart the browser).
What also works is to click on "Audio" and then play audio file on your PC (make sure your recording source has been set correctly).

Patch

This feature is disabled by default, so no harm will be done by having no UI that will allow the user to allow/deny access to local audio/video devices.

Patch

Well, the audio button did something, anyway.
Are there any packaging changes?
