Sometimes, an app may change from free to paid. This affects the app status in the following way- a) If the app is public and the developer completes the entire payment set up, the app gets flagged to a re-review. Status remains public until the app is reviewed (?) b) If the app is public/pending and the developer changes the app to "paid" without completing the payment setup, the app status changes to "incomplete". c) If the app is in pending state, nothing much changes.
I don't understand the bug. Are you saying we need to implement this or it's already implemented? I agree with a,b, and c, for the record. :)
