Since bug 777665 on bugzilla has been resolved, there are still two places in Settings & System apps of Gaia using mozBluetooth.setEnabled() to enable/disable Bluetooth could & should be removed.

Currently I am only seeing one place in settings on which to toggle bluetooth on/off.  Marking as verified.
