Otoro phone, build 2012-10-01 us
Taken from default.xml in b2g-distro:

## Repro :
1. launch camera app
2. select video option
3. select record video button

## Expected :
1. while the video is recording the counter for the timing of the video is updating

## Actual :
1. counter is stuck at 0s

## Note :
1. might not be blocking... but pretty bad polish.
