Environment:
SGS2 self build 5/23
gaia commit 81d9fac

Steps to repro:
1. Rotate phone so content is presented in landscape mode
2. invoke the dialer
3. Initiate a call
4. Answer the call on the remote end.

Expected:
"Call in progress" screen should be well formed, with no overlaps, truncations, etc.

Actual:
There are several malformed, truncated elements on this screen.

We should create a master bug to track all the orientation bugs.  From UX, my understanding is that we will support landscape mode for 4 apps for v1:

*Browser
*Camera
*Photo Gallery
*Video Player
