Environment:
SGS2 Build 5/23
gaia commit 81d9fac

Steps to repro:
1. Launch the marketplace app
2. Select the first game on upper right (BarFight), click 'install'

Expected:
Actual installation process completes and app is installed correctly with icon on homescreen/in manifest.

Actual:
Install process goes into endless loop (icon spins forever).   App is installed but without an icon on homescreen/in manifest.

As it happens - application is actually getting installed (with no icon to homescreen on either Nexus S or SGS2), but the icon spinning forever gives the impression that nothing is actually happening.  Lowers the priority of the bug.
