Description
If the phone is turned on with the headphones plugged in, the sound is played by the phone speaker and not by the headphones. You have to unplug and plug again the headphones to make the sound be played by them.

After upgrading to ICS, the uevent behavior is a little different from GB. This problem should be fixed when Bug 745078 landed.
