Steps:

1. Open the browser
2. Go to testmanifest.com

Expected:

The site should load within a reasonable (similar to FF android time) amount of time. Doing interactions in gaia (navigating the homescreen, going to a different app) should not experience any performance regressions.

Actual:

The site never finished loading. The performance of the browser slowed down to a complete crawl (not completely hung, but to do any interactions on the browser moves incredibly slowly - waiting a few seconds per interaction). Doing subsequent interactions on Gaia results in being incredibly slow as well (seconds before seeing a repaint, an execution of an action).

On a different phone, strangely enough, I can't reproduce. Is there any debug information I can pull?
