Otoro phone, build 2012-07-23
Taken from default.xml in b2g-distro:

## Repro :
1. go to settings -> languages and set to french
2. go to calculator app

## Expected :
* . should be , by default since decimals are , for french

## Actual :
* the default is .

It's not only for French, there are also other languages that use comma for decimals
Summary: [calculator] placing the device in french should have , as default for the calculator keyboard instead of . → [calculator] use proper decimal indicator for device locale
