## Environment :
Otoro phone, build 2012-08-14
Taken from default.xml in b2g-distro: 
* "gaia" revision= ce3287d058fe55ff34a9fd0fe3daa0029d4d3d08
* "mozilla-central" revision= 9f4e1d00dfa611a3f0ec30a9fcbf6564cd9d39cf

## Repro :
1. First go to the place with stronger WiFi signal (near the AP), and make sure the WiFi connecting successfully
2. Make the phone power off 
3. Go to the place with weak WiFi signal (far away from the AP)
4. Boot the phone

## Expected :
* After the initialize, show the result of the network connection in WiFi setting page (connected or fail)

## Actual :
* See the offline in Setting page but connected in WiFi setting page. Also didn't see the WiFi indicator on statusbar

## Note :
* Actually, It shows connected since the network initialize and won't change if connect fail

I can't seem to reproduce this issue on the otoro.
I can't connect to WPA-PSK on the unagi.

John Shih, can you check to see if you can reproduce this?  I think it might be fixed.  Going to mark it worksforme.
