796503 - Opening task switcher when keyboard is open results in badly rendered app snapshots

STR
 (1) Open Contacts app
 (2) Add new contact
 (3) Focus "Name" input
 (4) Hold down HOME to open task switcher

When the keyboard opens, we resize the app to fit in the space above the keyboard.  However, something is "hard-coding" the full window size for preview, which causes the snapshot image to be resampled when rendered, and makes for ugmo.

We have several options for fixing this but UX input would be nice.  What should show up in the preview pane for apps that have the keyboard open?

Yikes, thats pretty bad. So I'd be fine with either:

* Screenshot shows keyboard
* Screenshot omits keyboard
