I mentioned this to @fabi1cazenave last night. Right now, when getNetworks fails in the settings page, it only restarts a scan if autoScan is enabled. I think it should reschedule the scan no matter what in that case.

You can work around by manual scanning, blocking minus.

This was purely a Gaia issue and has already been fixed.

I don't know of a reliable way of causing scans to fail. Kaze, does your mock API support that?
