SMS notifications open the SMS app in the state it was in when last used (or its initial state).  It would be great if we could open the SMS that triggered the notification.

I think we should not block on this, as long as the SMS app is focused at the top of the list so that the new message is in view.

Now the action in 'notification' only opens the SMS App. Probably we should open an activity as 'Contact Apps' does, but there is no requirement about it.
