## Environment :
Otoro phone, build 2012-09-05
Taken from default.xml in b2g-distro:

## Repro :
1. call the b2g phone from another device
2. on the b2g phone reject the call
3. on the other device, leave a vm and hang up

## Expected :
1. should have a notification for missed call and voicemail

## Actual :
1. only have a notification for missed call.

The issue is, I can't test this. 
My french operator  sends a "classic" sms for voicemails so I'm not hitting any of the mozVoicemail code...

Just tested this with my T-Mobile US SIM, and I am able to see a notification, and click on it to call my voicemail number.

Is Team Mobile different than T-Mobile? Can you confirm the network sends voicemail notifications? (Not all do)

I saw a notification appear when testing this on T-mobile, 10-24 unagi daily build.  the notification is not tappable, but it does appear in my notifications tab.
