## Repro :
1. have headset pluged in
2. launch FM radio and tune to a station
3. give phone a call
4. hang up the phone
5. hit the sleep button
6. unplug the headset
7. hit the power to wake the phone

## Expected :
1. can wake the phone

## Actual :
1. no tone, can't wake the phone.

## Note :
1. noming blocking in the event that there's something underlying going on.
