Case:
If the toggle button above the header section, you can click on the header lower and trigger the action which is control by the toggle button.

I don’t understand, sorry. What’s the “toggle button” you mention?

Please rephrase with “steps to reproduce”, “expected result”, “actual result”.

steps to reproduce:
Settings APP -> Date & Time -> Set Automatically
We can click on "Set Manually" header with lower place to turn ON "Set Automatically" when the "Set Automatically" is OFF.

expected result:
Just turn "Set Automatically" ON by the toggle button region.

actual result:
We can turn "Set Automatically" ON by the "Set Manually" header or lower region.


I cannot reproduce it now.
I think you have modified the style "height" of the toggle button precisely.
We can close the issue.

Verified unable to enable 'Set Automatically' in Date& Time in the Set Manually header or lower region on the 10/15 build.
