## Environment :
Otoro phone, build 2012-10-01 us
Taken from default.xml in b2g-distro:

## Repro :
1. go to settings -> network
2. select a network that has security settings
3. type in the username section a username
4. go back into the username field in the middle of the field and delete characters

## Expected :
1. invalidation occurs and you see characters deleted properly

## Actual :
1. overlay of characters

I thought this was reported, but I can't find any reports on it.

This seems more like a platform issue to me, although we probably could somehow work around it in Gaia as a last resort.
