Probably related to bug #795415, except that I couldn't seem to get edge to connect when manually choosing the offered APNs in the settings app.

This makes my otoro pretty much useless when I'm outside of my apartment.  I wasn't able to show off the new maps app to my girlfriend! :)

This is with a gecko build from inbound 4ae30378c203 and gaia 85e724c0ec02c3531e8b00a519ad9c40034732b6.
WFM on my t-mobile postpaid sim with a m-c build from this morning.
Still not able to connect with a prepaid or postpaid sim on a build from a few hours ago.
