It's not possible to modify the slug of a translated article Here is an article which is in this case: https://developer.mozilla.org/es/docs/Requerimientos_para_la_compilaci%C3%B3n_en_Linux$edit Note that this bug is different of bug 773252, because it's actually possible to edit the Title, but not the slug.
