Details
Video's play at about 5 fps unless something else causes invalidations like the animating of the controls. I expect this comes from DLBI?

I tried reproducing this on:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzA60hHca9s
with 480p and 720p and the video was smooth. Do you have any more information or was this fixed?

I can't reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly and on Firefox 23 beta 5:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:25.0) Gecko/20130711 Firefox/25.0
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0
Jeff, are you still able to reproduce the issue? Can you reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly?
