Steps to reproduce:

Step 3: after choosing a product, entering a summary, clicking on "my issue is not listed", we arrive to step 3.

Here, if we click on "change" to change the product, we go back to step 1, and the summary we already wrote is lost.



Expected results:

The summary shouldn't be lost.

This is wrong because on the "step 3" page, the summary is above the product line, and therefore we understand that the summary will not disappear if I click on "change".

I think there should at least be an alert like "be careful because you'll lose the summary if you continue" with a "yes/no" choice, if a summary is already written when the user clicks on "change".
