When block scrolling to the right, the image displayed on this page does not
repaint correctly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load http://x.themes.org/php/pic.phtml?src=resources/artist.980295078.jpg
2. resize window to 800x922
3. block scroll the scrollbar to the right by clicking on the horizontal
scrollbar to the right of the slider.

Actual Results:  The background image behind the image is shown

Expected Results:  the image should have been displayed

Reporter is this still a problem in the latest nightlies?
WFM with a linux build from 6/22.  I suspect that all the recent imagelib
changes fixed this.  Reporter, if this still occurs using a recent nightly
build, please reopen this bug.
