Actual results:

Last post displayed on the projects-planet was from Wed, 25th September. 

Last post displayed e. g. on about:mozilla was from 2nd October. 


Expected results:

projects-planet should show newer posts.
./branches/projects/config.ini was broken by the commit to implement bug 788650.

I have fixed this.
