797565 - Text-interaction bar (ActionMode) on url bar in Android 4.1 difficult to invoke

Reproduced on the Galaxy Nexus.

Steps to reproduce:
- Tap on the url bar
- Long tap on the url bar text -> paste context menu comes up
- Long tap again on the url bar text -> url bar text get unselected (and can be dragged???)
- Long tap again on the url bar text -> text-interaction bar (ActionMode) finally come up.

Why does it take 3 long taps before I get the text-interaction bar to appear?
That seems like a bug to me, no?

I'm seeing this across all versions of Fennec.

I'm seeing the same on my Nexus 7. At this time we have to remove the current selection on the text before being able to open up the text interaction bar.

Given this, no need to track for a specific release. tracking-fennec? instead.
