When watching a fullscreen video, if the video is long enough and you don't move the mouse after a period of time, the display's brightness is reduced to save battery or whatever. We should prevent this from happening when a fullscreen video is being played because the user is probably not actually AFK, but trying to watch the video.

Possibly related to bug 517870
Not sure if this is the same as bug 517870 or not. I'd hope that the screen-saver disabling API also disables the display-dimming-on-idle, so I'll mark it dependent on that and if it doesn't get fixed by bug 517870 we can do any more required work here.

This should be fixed on Windows in Firefox 30, but the dupe bug 1034968 is on Windows and Firefox 30, so it looks like at least on Windows, more needs to happen here.

Sadly, that didn't help here. The dimming does still happen for me on Ubuntu.
OS: Mac OS X → All
Hardware: x86 → All
Component: Audio/Video → Audio/Video: Playback
Is this still happening?
