**** observed with 2001-05-09 build ****
Steps to reproduce:
- copy message to Local Drafts folder;
- select the message, click "Edit Drafts" button;
//note: nothing happens, there is no effect if you go from the menu Message:
Edit as new neither
reassign to varada
Assignee: ducarroz → varada
I can't reproduce this using the 5/9 build.  Does this happen to all messages? 
Do you plaintext or html?
it is happening to plain and html messages, the composition window doesn't come
up after you click on " Edit Drafts" or go thru menu Message|Edit as new

It's not happening to me but I also saw this on sheela's machine.  I think this
may be related to 79775

this is a dup of 79775. some how draft handling is broken. Edit message as new
is equivalent to open a draft as is it for forward inline.
