Steps to reproduce:

I use Firefox with the Zotero bibliographic extension. It synchronises the bibliographic information with a server. From time to time, there is a sync conflict and Zotero opens a conflict resolution pane to solve the inconsistencies of the bibliograpic information. Always, when I finish this conflict resolution dialog, Firefox crashes.


Actual results:

Firefox always crashes. The Mozilla crash reports are:

Expected results:

Firefox should not crash and the Zotero bibliographic conflict resolution should be able to finish.

I don't see crashes in 16.0 Beta. Does it happen in Beta you can download from http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/beta/ ?

Thank you very much for looking into the bug. I cannot easily test the issue with 16 Beta, because I am afraid that copying over the entire Zotero stuff (some few GB) including the Zotero sync account to FF 16.0 Beta would screw up the bibliographic library. Is there any other way to test?

Thanks Scoobidiver, I wait for Firefox 16 and hope that it is soon in the Ubuntu repositories. 
In the meanwhile, I will ask the Zotero developers whether there is any work-around for the moment or whether they can make changes to fix the problem. Thanks.

Today, Firefox 16 was released for Ubuntu and it solved the problem. No crash anymore and the Zotero conflict resolution can successfully finish. Thanks.
