I'm not sure what to say about this. It's definitely a browser bug; how "English (US)" becomes "(English (US" is beyond me.

Looks like this could be related another issue. Notice that the punctuation is also on the wrong side of the Hebrew homepage. https://developer.mozilla.org/he/

And we saw something similar in bug 778696. Maybe the fix wasn't general enough?
