sidebar comes back when I visit LXR site

Details
Running today's Netscape build, I am seeing the following
behavior.
1. Bring up Netscape
2. View->My Sidebar to turn off the sidebar
3. Visit http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/search?string=GetReadableFragment
4. Argh! The sidebar is back!

You need to turn the open sidebar search pref.
