More than once, I wished it was possible to somehow be able to do try incremental builds. (related bug: bug 464335) Doing so on try is probably a hard problem, but something that came to my mind this morning is that it could be possible to (ab)use a disposable project branch, and to limit it to a set of specific platforms and/or slaves.
Do you want this for build speed, or to test that you haven't busted incremental builds with some build system changes?
