Attachment: Missing filter on Firefox for Android

Prerequisites:
Android 4.0,4 device, Nightly version of Firefox for Android installed

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/ on your device and perform a search
2.Press Filter link on the top right side

Expected results:
Users should be able to filer by price and category

Actual results:
Both filters are missing from filter options

This is an interesting problem. We decided to get rid of category as a filter option.  Since Android won't have any paid apps, we will end up with no filter options for Android.

Things will have to be this way across the board until category and price filtering come back. If we receive different direction on this we can reopen.
