Getting the news feed dynamic is dependent on IT setting up a database for Bedrock. Until that happens we'll need to add new content manually on a weekly basis. We can keep this bug open and update the whiteboard with the due date for pushing new content.
Carmen will provide the 3 links to post on the homepage.

This was was done in pull request https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/pull/407 and is now in master. Will go live with the next push to production.
