Details

Users can now submit feedback from Settings->Feedback

Since user experience is very different on Android vs. Firefox OS vs desktop, it will be nice indicate what device the feedback is associated with.
Since we already detect this on front-end, my thought was to populate a hidden field with this and pass it back to the view.
