You'll need to check out part of the mozilla.org repository, where the Thunderbird site is being stored. You can:

svn co https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/

Please translate the file in the mozilla.org svn repository for the Thunderbird 16 What's New page, that is:

/ko/thunderbird/16.0/whatsnew/index.html

If you want to provide a translated image, you can place it in: 
https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/img/whatsnew/l10n/
The image name should be:
boxcom-ko.png

Once the image is on the server, the page will automatically update the <img> tag. You do not need to change it.

The page on the staging server is:

It seems that I don't have the permission to resolve this bug as a 'FIXED'. I can see just INVALID, WONTFIX, DUPLICATE, WFM and INCOMPLETE as a resolution. Is this a right behavior?
