"Entry point not found" when clicking submit button

Details
Clicking a submit-type button on a webpage gives the following error message:
Mozilla.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ??0nsInputFileStream@@QAE@ABV0@@Z could not located in
the dynamic link library xpcom.dll.
Clicking "OK" lets the browser continue with the submission, with apparently no
ill effects.
Build ID: 2001050515 from installer.exe, Complete install.
