Steps to reproduce:
I did nothing, so now came the installation
Actual results:
The scroll bar to the new firefox windows 8 is not working ... needs to be fixed urgently.
Expected results:
I believe that bad compilation.

In All pages,I just used twitter as an example, but does not work on any site.

Reporter, do you have any add-ons installed? Please try to reproduce the issue in safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode) and with a new profile(https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles).

have no addons installed, the normal way is not working and only the version 8
